The Sent tab is where all of your previously sent mailings reside. There are some easily viewable statistics and you can also copy a mailing to be used again.
If you've ever wondered about what information you can find in the Sent tab in the Mailing Designer, you have come to the right place!
Navigate to Mailings > View > Sent tab
The Sent tab is where you see all of the mailings that have been sent from your account. You can filter by folder to narrow what's displayed. Select the arrow up/ arrow down to change folders.
Hover over the icon to the left of the name to see the different options that you can perform on a mailing.
To view the full report for this individual mailing, select Report
To see the rendered version of the mailing, select View
To copy this mailing select Copy. The copied mailing will appear in the In-Progress tab.
To delete this mailing, select Delete.
To make a change to a link in the mailing that you have already sent, select Emergency Link Change.
To search for a mailing, select Search in the upper left hand side of the screen.
To reset the mailing list to its original configuration of columns, select Reset
To add or remove columns, select Columns. To add a column, select the plus sign next to the name. To remove a column select the minus sign next to the name. Select Ok and it will update with the column information requested.
To export the information out into a spreadsheet in Excel, select Export.
To show deleted mailings, check the box for Show Deleted.
To delete mailings, check the box next to the name/ names and select Delete.
To move the mailing into a different folder, check the box next to the mailing and select Move to Folder
To refresh the sent tab, select Refresh
To compare mailings, check the box of the mailings and select Compare
