Highlight all the lines of text that should be in the list
Select Ordered List or Unordered List in the toolbar
Place the cursor at the beginning of the line that needs to be indented
Select the Increase Indent button in the toolbar
The bulleted line will be shifted to the right and the appearance of the bullet will change

When using bullet points or numbered lists within your mailing make sure that you do not go overly crazy. In this case, less is more. Use multilevel lists only when necessary.
